Many new parents constantly ask us how to brush their childrens' teeth without screaming and crying. Here are some tips for taking care of your young childrens' teeth.
Spring is here! Here are some reminders to make sure you are up to date with all your dental needs!
1. Check your toothbrush: your toothbrush should be changed every three to four months. If you find the bristles are starting to look frayed or you've been using the same brush for over three months it is time to restock and switch to a new brush.
2. Schedule your next dental visit: If you have not seen the dentist since the fall make sure you schedule your next checkup and cleaning to stay on track of your oral hygiene.
3. Refresh your smile: if you have been considering a whitening treatment now is the time. Talk to us about our in office and at home whitening treatments!
4. Maintain your homecare: As the weather gets nicer and things get busier make sure you are maintaining your 2x daily brushing and 1x daily flossing to keep things clean in between dental visits.
Happy spring and we look forward to seeing you in the office!
